Cabbage Salad with Lime & Soy
We often get questions about what a meal can actually look like during our 5-day program. Some people imagine that you only drink something for five days – but that’s not the case. Yes, we eat. We simply simulate fasting.
During these days we focus on simple, plant-based and gluten-free meals that are gentle on the body while still offering flavor, nutrients, and a bit of crunch. The idea is to give the body a break – without completely stopping eating.
This crisp cabbage salad with lime and tamari is one example of what a meal during the program might look like. Fresh, simple, and full of flavor. Ideally served with a small ginger shot on the side.
