About us

Food Pharmacy was founded in 2014 by Lina Nertby Aurell and Mia Clase. Today we are one of Sweden’s largest health platforms and podcasts. We have also written three best-selling books, most recently the Food Pharmacy Nutrient Hunter, which was released in August 2019(the swedish version, english coming soon!). Our previous books Food Pharmacy: A Guide to Gut Bacteria, Anti-Inflammatory Foods, and Eating for Health (2016), Food Pharmacy The Cookbook (2017) have been published in 15 languages.
