Ingredients
80 g red bell pepper
50 g cucumber
30 g avocado
30 g yellow onion
9 g almonds
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
A little water
Instructions

Blend the avocado, almonds, onion, and lemon juice into a coarse dip.

Add a little water to reach your desired consistency. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Cut the bell pepper and cucumber into sticks.

Serve the vegetable sticks with the avocado dip.
