Tapenad with olives, capers and garlic
Are you looking for anything apart from butter and cheese for the bread? If yes, try this tapenade with olives, capers and garlic. A real hit!
As you probably know, the most important ingredient in a tapenade is olives, and in this recipe we use green olives. A regular tapenade is often made with anchovies, but we think that a tapenade with olives, capers and garlic works just as well (if not even better).
Here is a plain variant, but if you feel a bit adventurous you can season it as you see fit, with squeezed lemon, white pepper or various herbs (for example basil, thyme, rosemary, or oregano).
We love tapenade and cannot understand why it took so many years before we shared a recipe for this on the blog or on our insta? Sorry for that. Don’t hesitate to enjoy it with this bread.
