Current Reads On FP: Autumn, Breathing And Korean Tacos

Hello Thursday! This week we’ve made Korean tacos that are better than good, we’ve also learned three breathing techniques that, if we do them regularly, can make our lives for the better and we’ve welcomed a new exciting guest writer and chef to FP. Here are the most important news of the week.
Three breathing techniques that can change lives
This week we had the pleasure of publishing a new article from Helena Önneby. This time it’s about one of the most important wellness tools we have, namely our breathing. Helena teaches us three simple breathing techniques that can create healing within our body, break from our rushing thoughts, and provide peace and quiet for our nervous system. You can find them here.

New FP chef on the team!
We are so proud and excited to be able to tell you that we are growing our list of talented chefs with another genius, namely none other than Cassandra Mechura. Cassandra is an American chef and certified health coach who ended up in Sweden because of love. And first out in her line of scrumptious nutritious recipes is this roasted cauliflower soup with caramelized onions. It like, knock you off your chair good!

Korean Taco Friday, anyone?
Last Friday we posted a recipe for a new kind of tacos in town, namely Korean tacos with garlic, ginger and cilantro. So heavenly delicious and super fun to deviate from the classic taco dinner. The ginger, soy and garlic give the dish a classic asian flare and while we ate it in salad leaves as wraps, it would be just as good with soft tortilla breads or taco shells. You will find the recipe here.
