Licorice Lassi by Swedish Café Pom & Flora
We’re at a ski resort in the north of Sweden, in a cabin, with no plans on attending the après ski party. However, we have been skiing so technically it IS après ski. And the more we think about that the more we believe that we are worthy of a treat. We’re pretty wiped out after a day of skiing so this quick and easy licorice lassi will definitely do the trick.
Lassi is a chilled yogurt drink and we got the recipe from Anna at the amazing Pom & Flora café in Stockholm. The original recipe contains kefir, but if your vegan, you might want to replace it with a plant-based yogurt of your choice. It will be just as delicious.
Licorice Lassi by Swedish Café Pom & Flora
(serves 2)
1 cup kefir or plant-based yogurt of your choice
2 tsp licorice powder
2 dates
a pinch of cinnamon
4 ice cubes
Mix the ingredients in a blender. Change into thermal underwear. Cheers!
