200 g sauerkraut
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp mustard
2 sourdough bread slices
2 portobello
Herbs for garnish
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
1. Mix sauerkraut with crème-fraiche and mustard.
2. Salt portobello. Heat the pan and fry the portobello in some oli on both sides.
3. Distribute sauerkraut slaw on the bread, top with sliced portobello. Salt and pepper. Garnish with herbs.
