Chia frutti with raw strawberries and mint



1 dl chia seeds

1 coconut milk (400 ml)

2 dl natural yoghurt (0.5% fat)

1 tsp vanilla powder


225 g frozen strawberries, thawed

1 pot of mint


  1. Whisk together chia seeds, coconut milk, yogurt and vanilla powder. Taste with honey if you want. Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Mash strawberries with a fork and mix in grated mint. Pour the chia pudding in small bowls and top with raw strawberries.
