Chia frutti with raw strawberries and mint
Say hi to one of our best snacks, which also works well for breakfast. Tasty and easy to prepare!

Ingredients
1 dl chia seeds
1 coconut milk (400 ml)
2 dl natural yoghurt (0.5% fat)
1 tsp vanilla powder
honey
225 g frozen strawberries, thawed
1 pot of mint
Instructions
- Whisk together chia seeds, coconut milk, yogurt and vanilla powder. Taste with honey if you want. Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Mash strawberries with a fork and mix in grated mint. Pour the chia pudding in small bowls and top with raw strawberries.
