3 dl cooked black beans (1 tetra of 380g, well rinsed)
1 dl roasted peanuts
100g grilled cheese or halloumi
1 1/2 dl mayonnaise
Chives and possibly sugar peas
Lime
Instructions
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the cabbage into large slices and place on a plate with parchment paper.
Drizzle on the sesame oil and soy and grill in the oven for about 20 minutes until the cabbage gets a nice colour.
Mash the beans coarsely with a fork in a bowl. Roughly chop the nuts and pour into the bowl together with potato flour, 2 teaspoons soy, 1 teaspoon chili flakes and 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil.
Roughly grate the cheese, finely chop the garlic, and add to the bowl. Mix and shape the batter into steaks (4 large or 8 small) and fry in a pan with a little oil, about 4 minutes on each side. Mix the mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon soy.
Place the cabbage on plates, add the steaks on top of the cabbage, drizzle on some soy mayonnaise and then sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve with a slice of lime.
