To have at home: 1 clove garlic, 3 tablespoons potato flour, Japanese soy, chili flakes, salt, pepper, rapeseed oil.
Do you want an even more nutritious dish? This is very good with roasted sweet potatoes!
Asian peanut steak with grilled sesame cabbage
1 large lace bowl, or fresh cabbage
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 dl cooked black beans (1 tetra of 380g, well rinsed)
1 dl roasted peanuts
100g grilled cheese or halloumi
1 1/2 dl mayonnaise
Chives and possibly sugar peas
Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut the cabbage into large slices and place on a plate with parchment paper.
Drizzle on the sesame oil and soy and grill in the oven for about 20 minutes until the cabbage gets a nice colour.
Mash the beans coarsely with a fork in a bowl. Roughly chop the nuts and pour into the bowl together with potato flour, 2 teaspoons soy, 1 teaspoon chili flakes and 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil.
Roughly grate the cheese, finely chop the garlic, and add to the bowl. Mix and shape the batter into steaks (4 large or 8 small) and fry in a pan with a little oil, about 4 minutes on each side. Mix the mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon soy.
Place the cabbage on plates, add the steaks on top of the cabbage, drizzle on some soy mayonnaise and then sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve with a slice of lime.
