Best All-Round Wholesome Bread

1 1/4 cups almond flour

5 Tbsp psyllium husk powder

2 ½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp sea salt

2 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar

3 egg whites

1 cup boiling water

3 Tbsp seeds (either in the bread or sprinkled on top)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 175C/350F. Pour all dry ingredients into a bowl and stir together (including seeds if you want them in the bread). Pour the egg whites and vinegar into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir a couple times. Then pour in the boiling water while whisking with an electric whisk for about 30 seconds. Divide the dough into 6 pieces and form round balls with wet hands. Place onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and sprinkle with seeds if desired. Bake in the lower part of the oven for 40 minutes.

TIP!

Using sesame seeds on top makes these the perfect hamburger buns!
