1 package halloumi
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp saffron honey (get recipe here)
Fresh thyme
Pomegranate seeds
black pepper
Set the oven on broil function. Cut the halloumi into bite sized pieces and spread out on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Drizzle the halloumi with a bit of olive oil and place under the broiler for only a couple minutes. Keep an eye out to make sure it doesn’t burn.
Move the broiled halloumi to a serving plate and drizzle with some saffron honey. Garnish with fresh thyme, pomegranate seeds and some fresh cracked black pepper. Enjoy!
