Quick and easy oat bread without yeast

This is a typical “you take what you have” recipe and also a bread that does not need any yeast. Stir together this quick and easy oat bread without yeast and put it in the oven!
Is there any better scent to wake up to that the smell of freshly baked bread? Probably not. The base of this bread is oatmeal that adds whole grains and beta glucan, which have a positive effect on your blood fats and blood sugar. In combination with nuts and seeds, this bread will give you a balanced and good start to the day!

Ingredients
2 carrots
7 dl oatmeal
1 dl sunflower seeds
1 dl pumpkin seeds
1 dl rapeseed or sesame seeds
1 dl cut dried apricots
1/2 dl coarsely chopped hazelnuts
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon + for topping
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Grate the carrots finely and mix with the other ingredients in a large bowl. Add cinnamon, salt and 3 dl water. Knead the batter together with your hands and then press it out on a plate with parchment paper, about 2 cm thick. Powder on a little cinnamon and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Now comes the fun: the serving. You just have to try this bread with our toppings. Build a small mountain of mashed banana, avocado and feta cheese. Top with peanut butter . We know, it sounds a bit weird… But we promise, it’s delicious!
