Healthy prebiotic flapjacks
Today we will share the recipe of our probiotic flapjacks with you. These oat bars are full of fiber and sweetened with dates. Oats, seeds and apple are the main ingredients but the lemon is a bit of Sean Connery in the recipe (no idea what that means more than that we have always loved Sean).

- Servings : 10–15 slices 1x
Ingredients
200 g oats
8 dates
20 g shredded coconut
20 g pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp Gut Flora Fiber blend
1 lemon, zest + 1/2 lemon, juice
1 apple
100 g butter or coconut oil
Instructions
- Set the oven to 170c.
- Mix everything minus the butter/coconut oil in a blender. Pulse until it is finely divided and holds together.
- Melt the butter/coconut oil in a saucepan. Turn the dough over and stir well.
- Pour the dough into a baking tin that you cover with a parchment paper. Press the cake down so that it becomes smooth and covers the entire surface.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes. Take out from the oven and cut into slices. Let cool!
