Cookie Dough – recipe for cookie dough bites
Why isn’t there a recipe for cookie dough on the blog? This question we asked ourselves this week. We, who at this point consider ourselves to be one of the leading experts world wide of raw food balls, have apparently completely failed to develop a good recipe for cookie dough.
Shame on us! This was a mistake that we had to correct immediately. We mean, what can go wrong if you mix oatmeal, peanut butter, vanilla, coconut oil, honey, salt and dark chocolate? Absolutely nothing!
In fact, cookie dough have always been a favorite as long as we can remember. When we were kids we loved to bake and lick the spatula clean as soon as mommy turned her back towards us. We probably though that this childish behavior would disappear when we grew older. It didn’t. Instead, the craving for dough just got stronger and stronger.
Important message to the readers! If you do not find mini chocolate chips with enough cocoa in your grocery store, you should not panic. Breath in, breath out, and then buy dark chocolate which you chop into smaller pieces. Problem solved! Best regards, solution-oriented recipe developers
