500 g strawberries
1 pack (390 g) green lentils
1 red chili
1 pot fresh basil
1 lime, grated peel and juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 packet (150 grams) feta cheese
Wash the strawberries and cut them into quarters. Pour off the lentils and rinse them well. Chop the chili and basil. Mix in a large bowl. Stir together lime (incl lime peel), olive oil, honey, salt and pepper, and drizzle over the salad. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
