Chocolate balls with popcorn
Do you know what it is today in Sweden? It’s chocolate ball day! So what better way than to mix popcorn and chocolate balls?
If you ask us, this is the perfect chocolate ball. Can’t you just imagine how well popcorn and chocolate go together? Sweet and salty is always a hit! The important thing here is to salt the popcorn. And if you are not vegan and are okay with popping in butter, then the butter is also an extra flavor enhancer (not to say that it’s “bad” with coconut oil…we love to pop popcorn in coconut oil).
So the special detail here is to finely chop the popcorn and roll the balls in them instead of powdered sugar or coconut. As usual, we make our chocolate balls with dates, oatmeal and coconut oil. They taste just like “regular” chocolate balls. Actually they taste better!
