Carrot-dog wraps for nutrient hunters
Today we spread out a picnic blanket in the grass and eat a carrot-dog. Carrot-dog? It may sound snappy in your ears, but we can highly recommend you to try this recipe!

Ingredients
4 carrots
4 bay leaves
10 whole allspice
1 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 red onion
salt & freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Peel the carrots and cut off the ends. Bring a pot of water to a boil with the allspice, bay leaves, sliced onion, 1 tsp paprika and salt. Add the carrot and let them simmer until softened but not mushy. Drain the carrots.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Toss the carrots in the frying pan with the rest of the paprika powder, salt and pepper. The carrot-dogs are ready to serve when they have s browned surface.
Place a carrot in a flatbread and top with mashed potatoes, pickled red onion and cucumber!
