Breakfast Ice Cream x 3
We’re guessing there’s more than us who have soon managed to get through their first work week after the Christmas holidays. How did it go? Have you gotten into the routines?
During this last week we’ve actually been talking about routines and no matter how much we love to be free, we ultimately decided that we prefer everyday life over holiday times. Lina adamantly believes that her food and sleep clock makes her both more alert and happier.
Many of us usually count breakfast as a routine, no matter what time of day you eat it (even those of you who now utilize some form of periodic fasting).
If you are a lover of breakfast but never seem to have enough time… then we can highly recommend one of the following breakfast ice creams from our latest book The Nutrient Hunter. All the recipes below are intended for two people and in one minute you have breakfast ready! But note that you are not bound to make this for breakfast only, truth be told, they are good day or night.
We start with our secret ingredient berry ice cream. Okay then, cauliflower is the secret ingredient!
