How Strong Are Your Self-Power Muscles?
How strong are your self-power muscles?
Our inner compass points either to fear or love. It is said that we unconsciously make about 90% of our decisions based on fear. This may indicate that our self-power muscle is weak. Understanding that you have the power to create your own reality can be both difficult, scary, fun and magical. Knowing that you actually do create your reality consciously or unconsciously opens up some interesting possibilities.
What has helped me and thousands others is the understanding that you are exactly where you suppose to be. My mantra thus becomes: Every experience I get is the right experience for me and that is exactly the experience I need in my life right now. That way, resistance disappears (resistance is another word for stress) and you can relax in the knowing that everything is as it should be. It allows you to let go and be here now, without judgement or recrimination.

Imagine that you have your own boardroom placed in your head. The board consists of 8 members and a CEO. In the body there are lots of different sections, departments and employees. For the sake of fun, let’s pretend that these employees are your cells.
Each board member is head of a section.
One of the board members’ names is Control, opposite from whom we have another member: Mr Freedom.
Mr Pessimist is also on the board and opposite sits who? yep, Mr Optimist! These are all different parts within you. Each part is like a Siamese twin and has two opposite contractions. This creates a conflict.
Naivete & skepticism are a split.
Gratitude & bitterness is another.
Productivity and laziness are also two active members in the headquarters.
You can have up to 300 people / section managers. That is a lot of inner conflicts.
Who is in charge of all those section managers you might be wondering? Probably your Ego! Or who else? The Soul? Yes – the ego also has a siamese twin – the Soul. The darkness comes with the light. Love comes with Fear.
Now imagine that the Ego runs the show (you) – 8 section heads have a conflict with each other. It’s basically the opposite of harmony. Optimism and pessimism have a debate within you. At the same time as achievement and laziness, freedom and control. You think two different things at the same time or maybe 8 different things at the same time. We call it an inner conflict.
This means that you are divided / fragmented. The opposite to centered and grounded.
Fragmentation stands in the way of manifestation, read more about manifestation and what you focus on expands here. The more centered you are, the easier your manifestation will be. Of which it is to your great advantage that you have done some shadow work. Read more about shadow work and shame here and here, or fear here, or anger here, or sadness here.
