Green And Yellow Pea Falafel
The recommended daily intake of fruits and vegetables is 500 grams (and 25-35 grams of fiber). Today’s recipe is one that makes getting that 500 grams easy peasy! One the menu is a pea falafel!
This recipe is so nom you will wonder why you even bothered with meatballs in the first place. Don’t get us wrong though – it doesn’t taste like meatballs. But it’s definitely one of the best falafel recipes we’ve tried and we’ve tried a lot!
The flavor is a perfect balance. The texture is everything you could ask for in a falafel and the ingredient list is like sweet music for a nutrient hunter’s ears.

TIP!Wet your hands while rolling the falafels to prevent the batter from sticking to your hands!
Also, we love falafels with things like large salad, in homemade tortilla bread or with roasted vegetables and dipping sauces.
