Valentine’s Day Brownies

Ingredients

Bottom:

1 cup walnuts, soaked

1 cup fresh dates, pitted

1/4 cup raw cacao

1 Tbsp preferred nut butter

1 pinch sea salt

1 tsp water

Frosting:

1 avocado

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil

3 Tbsp raw cacao

3 Tbsp honey

1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

Combine the ingredients to the bottom in a food processor and mix into a dough that sticks together and is a little bit sticky but not like a batter. Press it out as smoothly as you can in a parchment lined baking dish and set in the freezer. Blend the avocado, vanilla, coconut oil, cacao and honey into a smooth frosting using a blender. Spread over the chilled bottom and allow to set in the fridge for about 1 hour. Remove, sprinkle with coconut and cut into small squares.
