Things were happening here at the Food Pharmacy studio last Thursday – we opened the doors to our office and celebrated our latest book release – the Nutrient hunter – with friends, supporters, colleagues and loved ones! So much love in the room!

What we forgot to do was to get some pics of the event, but perhaps you caught some of the action on our insta stories. Like when Sebbe started free-basing with his drumsticks on trash cans, tennis rackets and kitchen pots. And, no pictures of our lovely spread either, though we will be sharing the recipes, so we will make sure to get some pictures before then.

Pictures or no pictures we still remember the gratitude we felt that this is our life! That Food Pharmacy has so many supporting us and we just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you and everyone who was there too!

Thank you for bringing our books into your homes and sharing them with others, for your support, and all of the lovely gifts we received! We can’t wait for you to see what we’ve got up our sleeves just around the corner!
