Watermelon Raspberry Popsicle Drink
A few days ago we got “the feeling” and made a refreshing summer drink. You know the feeling where you just get the desire to do something purely because you want to, not because you are supposed to. When summer vibes take over your brain, you have sun kissed skin and after your first deep breathe in a long time you suddenly feel full of energy again, that’s how we’ve been feeling since completing our most recent book.
So we decided to put that energy into magnifying the summer vibes and what says summer more than painting your nails yellow and enjoying some refreshing popsicles!
Popsicles with watermelon and raspberries
(8 popsicles)
Popsicles:
1/2 medium watermelon
1 ½ cups frozen raspberries
Drink:
1 cherry (per glass)
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (per glass)
natural spring bubble water
In a blender, mix the watermelon with the frozen raspberries and freeze in small ice cream molds (it works in just an ice cube tray too). Spend the rest of the day doing something that you really like. The next day you fill a festive glass with bubble water and 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, then top it off with a popsicle and a cherry. Enjoy the summer vibes, maybe even call up a friend and invite them to the party!
