Green Grilling Tips for Summer
A few weeks ago we had a summer party with our colleague Anna, who just moved into a fab new place. The plan was to grill because we’ve gotten so many nice barbecue tips from you on insta, and we tested a lot of them out!

Here are some of the highlights of this green summer BBQ lunch:

Many of you praised fennel on the grill. So we did just that, along with a whole garlic head and some lemons. We wholeheartedly concur!

Cabbage was another hot tip from you guys. New favorite! Also super easy to bring along if you are invited to a barbecue? Just toss it on the grill, sliced or wedged with some oil, salt and pepper and enjoy as a side to basically any menu.

Avocado. Slightly more unconventional but also very nom!

To this Anna had prepared roasted chickpeas, tzatziki and a heavenly salsa verde made of 1 cup fresh parsley, 2 garlic cloves, 4 tablespoons capers, 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, cold pressed olive oil and freshly ground black pepper.

And before nodding off into a food coma we even grilled our dessert: grilled peaches and grilled watermelon along with whipped coconut cream. The peaches got lots of thumbs up, but the watermelon was a bit of split reviews.
