Celery Smoothie with Pears and Lemon
You probably haven’t missed that celery is the latest “IT” food!? Most of all, people seem to like it juiced but since we have a preference for fiber and smoothies, we simply decided to create a really good celery smoothie recipe.
Pears and lemon are deliciously good with celery, and avocados make it creamy. No time to lose, so here we go!
Celery Smoothie with Pears and Lemon
(two glasses)
¾ cup of water
1 pear
1/2 lemon
1 celery stick
1 big handful of baby spinach
1 avocado
Blend!
