Magically Easy Chickpea Pie Crust

It’s time for the easiest pie crust ever. It’s so simple you can almost do it with your eyes closed. You need the following:

1 cup cooked chickpeas (or 1.3 cups to be exact), 3 Tbsp almond flour and 2 Tbsp coconut oil. That’s all. Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender, and place into a pie plate. Gently press the dough down so that it lines the bottom and sides of the plate.

Pre-bake the crust in the oven at 212° F (100° C) for 20 minutes, then add gut bacteria friendly filling of your choice. Good luck!
