Pom & Floras knallblå smurfchia
Holy moly, they did it again. It’s time for yet another showstopper recipe from the one and only, Pom & Flora. This smurf blue chia pudding is the perfect afternoon snack. Also, it’s packed with health benefits and very pretty to look at. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Pom & Flora’s Smurf Blue Chia Pudding
(servers 2)
4 Tbsp chia seeds
0.5 cup oat flakes
0.5 cup coconut flakes
2 Tbsp dried apricots, diced
2 tsp blue poppy seeds
0.5 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp ground ginger
1 cup almond milk
1 cup oat milk
2-3 tsp blue spirulina powder
Add chia seeds, oat flakes, coconut flakes, dried apricots, poppy seeds, cinnamon and ground ginger to a bowl. Add the milk gradually, whisking constantly. A lot of seeds and flakes, and less liquid will give you a thicker pudding. Fewer seeds in more liquid will result in a slimy texture. The perfect chia pudding is creamy and smooth. But remember, it will thicken overnight.
Add the blue spirulina powder. Mix. When you’re done mixing, simply cover and place in the fridge to thicken overnight. Serve with your favorite fruits, berries or granola.
Here’s before we added the nut butter and the granola. Look how pretty it is. No wonder Instagram is packed with photos of smurf blue chia puddings.

Pom & Floras smurfchia
- Servings : 2 portioner 1x
Ingredients
1⁄2 dl chiafrön
1 dl havregryn
1 dl kokosflakes
2 msk tärnade, torkade aprikoser
2 tsk blå vallmofrön
2 krm malen kanel
2 krm malen ingefära
2 dl mandelmjölk
2 dl havredryck
2 tsk blå spirulina
Instructions
