How to Make Two-ingredient Soft Flatbread
Dear friends, this soft flatbread will change your lives. It’s tasty, healthy and easy as a pie. The icing on the cake is that it only contains two (2) ingredients – potatoes and buckwheat flour. And 0.5 tsp salt. But that doesn’t count as an ingredient, does it?
But don’t tell anyone about the recipe. Let people guess first, and then you can laugh contentedly when they make a fool of themselves.
Anyhow, here’s a step by step guide.
1 Boil four potatoes.
2 Mash with 1 cup buckwheat flour and 0.5 tsp salt.
3 Work it, baby.
4 Pretend to be a pizza chef and form the most perfect thin and round flatbreads.
5 Bake the flatbread over low heat using a cast iron pan. Wait 2-3 minutes and turn the flatbread to bake for another 2-3 minutes. Kind of like making pancakes.
6 Let cool. Fill them with just about anything and make rolls for your family and friends. Out of this world delicious!
