Matcha Frappuccino.
As you may already know, we have a French intern who has introduced us to matcha. A couple of days ago, we stared at her and asked if she could put together a couple of good recipes with matcha for our blog, anything really, as long as it’s tasty.
– So, can I make something with white chocolate? Hema-Lou asked hopefully, after which we shook our heads decisively.
– Ok, then I know what to make! Emma-Lou said and ran to the kitchen.
Five minutes later she came back with this:
Matcha Frappuccino. We repeat. Mat-cha Fra-ppu-ccino. So incredibly delightfully delicious.
Matcha Frappuccino
2 tsp matcha
1-2 dates
½ vanilla pod
Unsweetened oat/soy/almond milk, amount of your choice
Lots of ice
Use a blender, mix and drink slowly. Close your eyes. Are you enjoying this moment? Good, you did well.
Here’s the recipe innovator herself, by the way. Merci Hema-Lou, c’est formidable!
