Raw Pesto On Parsley
Parsley is underappreciated, it adds a freshness to finish of almost any dish and it is surprisingly nutritious. We were actually going to make pesto from carrots tops today but we couldn’t find any. So parsley it was and guest what… It was great, so next time don’t be shy to try other greens or herbs in your pesto!

Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh basil
1 package fresh parsley
1 garlic clove
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1–2 Tbsp
lemon juice salt & pepper
Instructions
Pulse everything together in a food processor and season with salt and pepper.
