1 cup whole buckwheat (soaked briefly)
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup crushed flax seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 some other nut you like
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons cardamom
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons coconut oil
Set the oven to 100C/200F. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and stir. Pour everything on a lined baking sheet and spread it out. Bake in the oven until the granola is crispy.
